John Kulwiec has over 30 years of widely varied experience as a practicing Architect, designing all types of buildings and facilities, including Construction Observation and hands-on construction experience. This makes him uniquely qualified to analyze construction methods in relation to Working Drawings, As-Built Drawings and Change Orders; to detect errors and omissions, if any; to interpret findings of other expert witnesses; and to determine if work met its professional Standard of Care.
