FIRST STEPS

Our first step is always to work with the client to accurately develop a complete scope of work, clearly define the program requirements and establish each member's role and responsibilities to achieve your goals and expectations.  The success of a project is assured when it begins with a clear understanding of its scope and direction.  An established chain of communication and defined project team roles will benefit all participants.

This initial step is the most important.

This primary clarification process gives you the assurance that the Project Team understands your goals for your project and therefore creates a solution to conform to your specific needs.

PROJECT TEAM

The Project Team consists of the client, an architectural core team and appropriate specialty consultants.  The architectural core team comprised of the Principal in Charge, Project Manager and Project Designer is actively involved from start to finish.  They will give you backup in management, cost control and design continuity throughout your project.

Active participation of each member of the Project Team in all decisions is a requirement for the successful completion of your project.

COMMUNICATION

Clear communication within the Project Team is achieved through the distribution of all correspondence, meeting minutes and summaries of project status reports to its members. Our experience shows that having the client actively participate throughout the project is the essential component in maintaining clear communication

With a well-defined program, an experienced Project Team and a system of communication, a solid foundation is established thus avoiding surprises.
